We recruit MBEs, WBEs, EDBEs, and SBEs by conducting Community Outreach Meetings specifically designed for them. We also distribute, receive, and input Company Profile information into our database for the purpose of measuring company capacity levels. The profile is also used to maintain communications with all business enterprises.

Coaching and training sessions are conducted, via our referral system, that focus on developing specific areas within the business enterprises.
Database Capacity Reporting
Capacity Reporting is conducted through the use of the Company Profile forms. This helps in the assessment and pre-qualification process.
Economic Inclusion Plan Implementation
An economic inclusion plan is developed and implemented with processes and procedures that can be used on a continuous basis.
Conduct Capacity Studies for setting goals
Pre-researched and pre-developed reports are used to outline past minority participation on a historical basis for a specific city. This information is used to incorporate and determine the goals set for future participation. The Capacity Studies outline where the city (and/or relevant surrounding areas) stand on present and future participation compared to past participation. A complete assessment is made and Capacity goals are set.
Advise and Mentor on Business Ownership on Joint Ventures, Partnerships, and LLCs
Conduct training and advisory sessions with business enterprises to discuss the opportunities created when Joint Ventures, Partnerships, and LLC are built.
Encourage community involvement and participation through Outreach Meetings
Outreach meetings are conducted for all projects. The meetings are designed to increase project awareness, and to create interaction between the project team and the community.
Business Development in the areas of:
- Bonding: Assist in creating avenues and/or referring your business to resource organizations that specialize in building and increasing bonding capacity.
Financial Statements: Coach and train MBEs, WBEs, EDBEs, and SBEs on the fundamentals of keeping month and year-to-date financial statements that are accurate and effective for their business, such as, Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Cash Flow Sheets, Net Worth Statements, and Profit & Loss Statements.
Bid Preparation and Bidding: Increasing MBEs, WBEs, EDBEs, and SBEs knowledge, awareness, and efficiency in reviewing, preparing, and submitting bid contracts.
Workforce Development: An analysis and assessment is performed to determine the business enterprises workforce. We also coach and refer business enterprises to key organizations within the city that focus on developing small business workforce(s).
Monitor and track project's goals, as well as track the inclusion goals on and off the job site.
