A $110 million facility on the banks of the Ohio River in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio that will feature three pavilions celebrating: Courage, Cooperation, and Perseverance. EMS was responsible for the introductory Community Outreach effort in Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, Louisville and Indianapolis to provide information to the community on the upcoming project.

A $44 million project to revitalize the Dayton View neighborhood. To transform the neighborhood and the lives of residents at Edgewood Court and Metro Gardens/Annex into a stable, low-density, and mixed income development with well-designed homes that blend in with their surroundings. EMS was responsible for conducting training classes for subcontractors.

A $2.2 million dollar addition onto an existing complex, which included classrooms for Czhristian Academy, Day Care Center, Administrative offices, Gymnasium (complete with locker rooms and showers), and a Weight room. EMS was Construction Manager on this project.
