Ellington Management Services, Inc. is an Economic Inclusion and Diversity consulting firm. EMS develops, implements, and manages all aspects of economic inclusion and outreach  processes.   The EMS offices are located in Lockland, Ohio.

EMS was founded in 2002 by Eugene Ellington.   Ellington is President and CEO and holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Public Administration from Xavier University.  As a management consultant, he has over 30 years of Executive Management experience.   To read his full bio and to learn more about our team, click here.
