- Economic Inclusion Program Development - Customized Economic Inclusion plans designed to tailor fit the desired goals set for
inclusion on the project.
Inclusion Program and Process Implementation - Procedures are implemented to help transition the current program(s) used into a continual inclusion process (es). The process implemented is designed to be used throughout the life of the project.
Business Recruitment - The process of recruitment includes Community Outreach Meetings, distributing, receiving, and input of Company Profile Sheets, as well as one-on-one training and coaching sessions.
Database Profile Management - The database is used to record information on MBEs, WBEs, EDBEs, and SBEs in the region. This information is gathered to assist in referrals for projects, communication on bid contracts, and other hot news. The Company Profile form is used to obtain individual company information. It is designed to extract specific company information that assists in the pre-qualification process for project bids, contracts and awards.
Effectiveness Tracking - The Project Monitoring/Tracking form is used to record on-site minority participation goals and the project participants' compliance with set standards. It is also used to measure the progression of success for the inclusion process.
Success Monitoring - A Compliance Report is utilized by compiling all data obtained from the Monitoring/Tracking form, and reporting the percentage of minority participation in the overall project, on-site and off-site.
